Health and Wellness Coaching is a client-centered partnership aimed at helping you reach your health goals, be it to lose weight, manage your stress, increase your physical fitness, or reduce your risks for any chronic diseases. As an ACE Certified Health Coach, I use evidence-based behavior-change theories to motivate and empower you to make sustainable lifestyle changes that are self-determined and tailored to your unique needs. I will work with you to help you discover your goals and motivations and create an action plan that will not only help you reach your health goals but enjoy your life as you do so.

Incorporating various psychological theories and approaches, life coaching is a powerful process that will help you unlock your full potential and create a life of fulfillment, growth, and transformation. With the support and guidance of a personal life coach, you will gain a new perspective on your goals and develop the skills to achieve them. As a life coach, I will collaborate with you to discover your values and strengths and guide you in utilizing them to create action plans that help you attain your ideal life.


Meet the Coach

Hi, I'm Deidre Schuttpelz, your Life Coach and ACE Certified Health Coach!​
I founded Invicta Mind-Body Health in order to provide holistic health and wellness services that support and foster the well-being of all clients. Health is so much more than just the health metrics you get at a doctor’s office – it encompasses mental health, stress levels, emotional well-being, physical fitness, sleep, nutrition, social needs, and beyond. That being said, I strongly believe that each person has their own idea of what their ideal state of health and wellness is, and I am passionate about partnering with them to achieve that ideal state. My coaching philosophy is that everyone has the power to change and achieve their ideal life and state of health and that knowledge – of one’s own needs as well as evidence-based information – helps harness and direct that power to effectively accomplish goals. It is my passion to support people in discovering their personal “why’s” and “how’s” to best motivate and empower them to live a healthy, fulfilling life as they define it.
I approach both health coaching and life coaching with a heavy emphasis on behavior-change strategies and various psychological theories and methods, including person-centered approaches, positive psychology, and cognitive-behavioral theory. I hold a degree in Mental Health Psychology and have an extensive background in health, nutrition, exercise science, and philosophy. I worked as a personal trainer for years and then decided to achieve one of my life goals of amateur fitness modeling and bodybuilding. While I had always been “in the business”, so to speak, of helping people improve their lives and health, accomplishing such a dream that seemed impossible for me inspired me to find a way to help others achieve their own life and health goals that may seem out of reach to them. Coupling health coaching with life coaching was the solution I had been looking for, and I look forward to forming meaningful and empowering relationships with every client.
